NO!!!! Please don't do it.. Track your food and exercise and make sure you create sufficient deficit! I promise you will lose weight.. I did lose 50 lbs 2.5 years ago doing this..and still tracking food and maintaining that weight till today! Its the only way.

LOL. so how do you guys measure your body fat % ? I tried the machine at GNC, it showed me 27%. 3 months and several lbs later, it shows 30%. I gave it the finger and walked away! :D Apparently they're supposed to have an error margin of 8%! What are some accurate ways?

I started about 6 months ago.. started at 170 lbs, dropped around 37 lbs, now at 133.. I want to lose another maybe 5-8 lbs, and mainly want to lose all the fat! :) Im 5'9 btw

I tried freezing "whole foods 365 organic almond milk".. did not turn out well.. the ingredients separated :( so I had to toss them anyway!

Hows it going y'all ?Just wanted to check in to see how you all are going. I leave to India in a week for my wedding thats on Dec 12, 2013!!!! I started watching my weight sometime end of July. I've lost 25 lbs so far cause I took a ton of breaks!!! Hoping to lose another 4-5 lbs before the wedding :)
