Wow.... racking up being that I'm not working right now. Goal met....1507 calories (Mon-803; Tues 704) . Can't wait to see how I measure at the end of the week. Feel great! Being doing a lot but no pains.... primarily cardiovascular walking at steady pace in target heart rate /fat-burning state. Good Luck!
