Meat doesn't have ****ing carbs. I don't where the hell that comment came from. My low-carb lifestyle is the ****. I recommend it to just about anyone who is capable of handling it.

Ya can't quite go "No Carb" but you can go on a low-carb diet. I've been low carbing forever now and I've seen ridiculous results. Seriously. They're ridiculous. But if you're going to do it, make sure you read up on it first and do your research. It doesn't take much to **** up one of these diets.
