I regret purchasing the $250 juicer because I juiced for a few days and then quit. I might go back to it at some point but for my goals juicing isn't practical. Start off with a cheap juicer that gets the job done if you're really set on it. Later, you can upgrade. I was inspired by "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead" as well (to…

My ad-blocker convinced me that it had replaced all of my advertisements with cat photos....... I had taken it seriously and dismissed it having thought to myself "Well, cat pictures are better than seizure-inducing advertisements... I suppose I can settle for these." Later on in the afternoon, I read an article that had…

I get depressed easy and I've always used, what I consider to be, happy music as my remedy. And it's always been dance/electronic music because I like mentally illustrating people jumping around in my head like it's some crazy club or concert: Here's a few of songs that keep me up: "In My Mind" (Axwell Mix) by Ivan Gough &…

No. There are over 100 different K-Cup varieties, everybody likes something different. I could recommend Barista Prima Columbia, but maybe the OP doesn't like the darker/bolder flavors. What I prefer may be something different from what you, or someone else, might like. I also work for them.

I have tried every single k-cup known to human. Here are the questions I have for you: Coffee - Do you like it light or dark? Or no preference? Tea - Anything you normally like? Chocolate? Other beverages you typically enjoy (besides soda/water)

What time do you get to bed? I'm going to have to start waking up really early when I get back to school (not by choice). I just wanted to get a good idea of what time I should set for myself to get to bed so I don't wake up and ignore my morning lift starting in a couple of weeks

Your statement claiming that one cannot build muscle mass while on a caloric deficit, regardless of protein intake, is incorrect. On the other hand, you are correct in saying that eating less protein may lead to muscle loss. Now, I will say that it is extremely difficult to build muscle mass while on a caloric deficit and…

Soy Milk - Lower in carbs, higher in protein Eggs - Lower in carbs, higher in protein Canned Tuna - No carbs, very high in protein Cottage Cheese - Low carbs, high in protein (more of an evening snack, right before bed) Shrimp - Almost no carbs, very high in protein I think that's a decent start to a few ideas. Maybe I…
