Thanks for the info. I take a multi-vitamin and I take a B vitamin (Biotin). It does really help....I didn't hear that from Dr. OZ though, but it's nice to know that i'm doing something right. :smile:

Hang in there...I was 10 pounds from my goal weight then I entered the happy zone and I slowly gained 10 pounds. OH YES...I weigh myself twice a day. Once in the morning and again at night. That's how I keep...well try to keep myself on track.
