I work out early so my mornings take a lot!! Depends....usually as I eat. But if I am going away or eating out then I try to look at an online menu before hand so I have an idea of what I am up against! I wear my yoga pants to town all the time.....not out for lunch or dinner...but for errands Yup! I work at home and homeschool so I fit in my workouts through out the day inbetween things.

I like the Ripped series of DVD's by Jari Love (she is from Calgary Alberta so not sure they are widely available). GaiamTV.com has a ton of workouts on it....and reasonably priced (9.95 per month unlimited)

Wine spritzer, or vodka with club soda and a twist of lemon or lime. Having a water or plain club soda inbetween the couple of drinks will also help.

I try to do a weight dvd 2 or 3 times a week, treadmill 3 times week, I take a yoga and tap class once a week. and I teach dance monday evenings for 3 hours. I just got my Zumba instructor license so hoping to start teaching that soon atleast 2 times a week (which will replace some treadmill time)

I just got my certificate to teach Zumba cause I love it so much! So much fun you barely notice you are exercising! If you go on the website Zumba.com it will list classes that are available all over the world. It is an easy way to find some to try.
