Livin' in Vallejo, working in Novato. Just got in from work. Stopped off at the Vallejo Waterfront and did a five mile walk on the Promenade because I knew it would be cooler near the water than at my house. Coolin' down some at the house now. Got the Bay Breeze comin' in.

Totally true. I have lost sixty pounds of water following a low carb regimen since January of this year. No fat at all. Just water...:glasses:

There is nothing "wrong" with Planet Fitness. Some people just don't like it. I joined the PF that opened near my home back in January, same time as I started here and working out there as helped me to lose 60 pounds since January 1, 2012. Yup. Protein is your friend. The default settings for MFP set carbs too high and protein too low, IMO.
