I bought a step at a yard sale and use it while I am watching TV.. I just make up my own routine and I really work up a sweat and do 30 minutes. I am now using the higher step and getting more out of the step...

Choose which food that you really want to eat, then just have ONE serving of it. You can also take some veggies and dip for you to munch on....

Having children is your choice.. I didn't want any children either but then I decided I did after I was married a few years... I have one daughter.. My mother in law was very upset when we said that one was enough.... So don't let it upset you. It is your choice......

I have found out getting a job isn't as easy as people think....A Tanger outlet opened here and I applied and didn't get one interview...I have years of jobs with customer service and even years working in banks when I lived in another state.... Of course, I am older but I would think I have the experience…

I was diagnosed 4 yrs ago.. Udi's bread is the best I have found.. They also have some other products---bagels, pizza crust, cinnamon bread----that are good also....I have tried to make my own and have some recipes but they don't freeze well....

I use a step. I just do what ever I want. I have taken classes in the past and I remember some of the moves.....I like it because I can still watch a program on TV and not realize that I am exercising!!!! Look at a thrift store or yard sales......got mine for $2.00!!

My hisband had back problems and his doctor told him to use a ball when sitting at his desk.. You are right.. It strengthens your core.. Besides, it can't hurt!!!!!

I would make sure that you need to give up gluten. I have celiac disease and definitely had to give it up. Work with your doctor to make sure this is the direction you should go.....For one, it is very expensive to go gluten free and if you have a large family, it could add up. Once you find out, I will be glad to helof…
