He has a good workout and targets different areas of body every day.. But the abs are every day.....And the view is beautiful, not a studio but Hawaii!!!! It is…
  • this program is just like your conscience... It's between you and your body....If you don't list some things, you still have an idea of what calories you ate or still have left....Not a big deal......we all guess at the amounts of food, so sometimes you are over and sometimes you are under so it all evens out.......
  • I was disappointed to find that Kroger didn't have the gluten free rack that they used to.. maybe it was just the 2 stores I went into this week... I will have my husband look at the one I used to shop... We don't have Kroger in our town....so when he travels by them, he stops... I also found that Harris Teeter has some…

I say they average about $5 a package....If you have a…
  • DO NOT throw in the towel. You can lose the weight, you just may have to work at it..... I am 56 and I lost a total 25 pounds. I am now "around" my goal. So it is possible. And when the doctor scares you with all the health problems that you may have, it's a bit easier. I am now no longer pre- diabetic, have high blood…
  • Udi's has a good pizza crust.... Also Domino's has a gluten free crust... It is not made in a gluten free environment--they don't have a special place to make them... I have eaten them and they are really good.......As for caffeine pills--i don't take them.....
  • As you have found out, you have to make wise choices. Try to divide your calories up into meals. For instance, I try to use around 300 for breakfast---only eat 1/2 half of the bagel or 1 bowl of cereal. Then have a low calories snack mid morning and mid afternoon... That really helped me.. You can choose Yoplait yogurt…

  • I just watch my food.. I am able to "cheat" a little bit so if I want to taste something, I have a bite...I also do the "chew and spit" every now and then... You just chew it to get the taste and then politely spit it out....that way, no gluten gets swallowed....
  • I am proud of you that you knew that it could be done and you have achieved it!!!
