If there is a way that you can workout with a partner, that makes you accountable to be up and be somewhere. When I got in the mindset....I had no problme getting up at 5 A.M. to workout before work...........till the time change! Still working on that! :) Good Luck!

You Look GREAT!!! I'm also trying to get down to pre-pregnancy. I think I'm pretty much there, but like 3 lbs away from my goal and stuck. I'm only 5 ft nothing...so I TOTALLY know the meaning of shorty. Not sure what to do from here....maybe we could chat and you could give me some insight! :)

I started doing this about 2 weeks ago and am consuming about 1500 calories. My BMR is like 1325 and my maintaining intake s/b around 2000. I've upped from 1200, so making good progress. I will continue to gradually increase as long as I see a loss. I don't think I'll go to the full "maintain" level till I reach my goal…

I would love to incorporate a cheat day! But could someone tell me...say I want to lose 1 lb a week, need that 3500 calorie deficit in a week, if I have a cheat day, won't that wipe out oh say like a 3rd of my deficit? Which....there goes my lb a week? Maybe cheat days are for people that have a higher deficit?

You should check out the group Eating for Future You. Did you up your calories too much too quick? Your metabolism may need to adjust to more calories. I do TaeBo, Turbo Jam, Jillian, treadmill....I have a wide variety of things. I've seen some posts of some high calories burned doing a 6-8 inch step.

I like to bake or grill chicken breast and then top with some halved cherry tomatoes and mushrooms (or whatever veggies you like) "sauteed" in olive oil and a little soy sauce. Then melt a little mozerella cheese on top! DELICIOUS!

I am not eating more when I work out. I keep getting mixed message on whether or not I'm supposed to eat back my exercise calories. I'm going to see how this week goes, if I lose 2 or more lbs (which I doubt I will), I'm going to eat more cuz I don't want my body to go into survival mode. With how much I ate and drank…

I wouldn't say that I'm not hungry, I'm hungry different times throughout the day, but try to stay between the 1200 - 1300 calories consumed.
