weight before and after exercise
I was curious as to why you actually lose weight from before a workout to after. I know that I've dropped before, but this morning it was a full lb......and all I did was a walk outside for 45 minutes? Seemed like a lot to me. Anyone else have this happen?????

Jillian 30 Day Shred Week 2, only burn 128 cals per HRM?
So I have a Polar FT4 and it says that I only burned 128 calories during the week 2 workout of the 30 Day Shred. Does that seem right? I gave it my all, but I know I've seen posts about burning over 200 calories w/ those workouts!!! Just curious.

Do you drop weight fast after gorging on vacation?

Too high of a calorie deficit or fitbit/exercise calculation
So for the past week, every day I pretty much consume between 1200 and 1300 calories. My fitbit says that I'm burning anywhere from 2100 up 2500 calories a day. I'm sure it's reading high, don't know for sure I guess. Just trying to figure out how much I should be eating. It's all so confusing. :indifferent:
