I use a little pure maple syrup and maybe a tablespoon of milk or so. Maple is really sweet so a little goes a long way :)

Bump. Thank You :) I will probably have lots of zucchini in my garden this year!

OH...and as said above..........300 or so above maintenance......

You could add approximately 300-500 calories into your daily calorie intake (I beleive they usually say 300) and continue to exercise. I did some cardio/walked/jogged up till I was 8 months pregnant and the only reason I stopped is because I hurt my ankle. As long as it's an exercise that you have been doing, you can…

Interesting.....I knew I always had a difference, but do not think I ever saw a pound, even when I was exercising harder.

I'm 25 weeks 3 days and I'm up 21 lbs. Not happy with that as I'm just under 5" tall, but what do ya do. I still exercise 5 days a week and treat myself whenever I want as now is the time to because afterwards it's back to the grindstone baby!!!! :) :) :)

I have gained 6 lbs and I am 13wk3days. More than what I wanted in the first trimester, but oh well. I see what I eat and it's not good. I stopped tracking because nothing that was good for me sounded good EVER. I still watch what I can when I can and make good choices when my body, mind, and appetite allow me to. I do…

I am 9wks5d and I am up about 4 lbs. I was freaking out about it at first, but have been at a standstill for about a week or so now. I figured the scale would go up a little since I upped my calories from losing to maintenance....and then some on some days. :noway: So, I guess I'm just going to let my body do what it needs…

That is wonderful! :) Although I haven't reached the "cravings" yet this time, w/ my first I ate a lot of pizza! Instead of the maternity clothes....I prefer the belly bands to fill the gap between regular and maternity clothes! They are wonderful for during your pregnancy and after! I almost got up and ate a bowl of ice…

I feel like I need to eat carbs just so I don't feel hungry!!! I'll snack on fruits and veggies and that just makes me MORE hungry, so then I have to eat something else. What I'd like to sit down and eat is a family size bag of DORITOS!!!! Funny dq1479  at least you got to wait till the 2nd trimester to…

Thanks for your responses! I hope the hunger subsides somewhat! :)

Mine was an ops....a welcoming one though! :) We were going to start trying in July, so a few months ahead of schedule! I have two now and kept thinking..."When am I going to have one of those unexpected pregnancies" and then there it was!!! :) EDD 01/21/2013

I wish I had photos, but I do not have any :( I have a 4 year old and a 20 month old. I started January 1st at 136 lbs and am down to 119...pre-pregnancy weight, pre-wedding weight....I feel GREAT! :) I did it all by tracking my food and working out for about an hour a day 5 days a week. Numbers may look low, but I'm only…

I have to look at…

I have had the Polar FT4 for a couple months and love it! Still trying to figure out some things on it, but love it cuz it has a chest strap and that seems to be more accurate for me!! I also use a fitbit for my daily activity.

I think tomorrow I may try week 3 and see what that gives me for a calorie read. I did the Burn Fat Boost Metabolism this morning...which kicks my butt and burned about 340 calories during the 40-50 minutes. I also washed my FT4, I saw something that a person can get low readings if it needs to be washed. We'll see what…

Not sure on level one, but I just did level 2 and my HRM said I only burned 128 calories! :( I'm 5 ft tall and 125 lbs. I gave it my all so not sure what the deal is?

I did this when I went on vacation in Janruary. I had lost 3 lbs from Jan 1st, gained 4 lbs on vacation, but started back to working out and eating right after a bad week and was back down in about a week. I was acutally surprised how quick it came off. I ate loads on vacation and drank lots of blended drinks (I…
