  • Alright, thanks! This sounds like a good plan. I was thinking of working up to a 5k so I have more of a goal and am not just aimlessly running. :)
  • So then it's perfectly okay for this to happen? I noticed it happening to me when I tried to jog a bit... I was worried I wasn't jogging right and was in turn hurting my body by not stretching or warming up or whatever enough.

  • Depending on how hard I work during the class, I generally put it under "high-impact aereobics" or "general aerobics." That seemed closest. :)
