When I go out running in my neighborhood I always bring my dog. He comes in really handy, because he usually drags me around so I keep running. Thank you so much everyone! I had no idea that you could go and get specially fitted for running shoes! Now I'm wicked excited to get new shoes! The closest specialty running store is almost an hour away, but it is so worth the trip. Thanks again everyone!! :)

Also, are these workout DVD's like Turbo Fire and Intensity really worth hundreds of dollars? I'm a really frugal person and can't see myself spending that much money for DVD's. Anywhere I can get them for way less?

I have the turbo jam cardio party DVD, but it's so long to me and kinda boring. I really just got tired of it that's why I got 30DS, I really like the biggest loser dvd's though so I'm thinking of picking up a couple of those. I don't really like going to the gym. Being around other people and just abusing myself for hours…

If I don't allow myself a treat every now and then I end up over doing it and binging on sweets. I have fat free ice cream sandwiches in my freezer for when I want ice cream. Only 110 calories. :)
