I can't walk too fast due to a sprained ankle, but is it okay if I bike for HIIT and off days?
-
I eat a little below my TDEE and a bit higher than my BMR. Should I do cardio, too? I don't really prefer it..I like to swim and bike, which is fine to do, but other than that, not so much. I'm gonna say I'm at 45% body fat (not completely sure) and I want to get to 18% ultimately. On average (I know everyone is…
-
@Vjohn- 18% is my goal :D
-
You look marvelous
-
You all look fantastic! A former classmate I saw who works at the gym I went to today (the one I usually go to was wayyy too full) said she could tell I'm losing weight and that I look nice so that makes me happy. I guess I'll have to wait and see

Woo :3

Go you :D

Jesus. 12 weeks. I think it's been about 4 now, dealing with body weight training while I was on vacation last week. I get to back to the normal gym now that I'm back. I guess I'll see something new when I start college in August.

DEFINITELY tattoos. I want a quote on my bicep and ribs then I want a tone of nerd tattoos for symbolize my childhood, relationships, etc. People may think they are silly, but they are actually pretty meaningful. I want to get the Hylian crest from Legend of Zelda on my lower back ("tramp stamp" I guess you could say), the…

Thank you all so much <3

I'm 18 so maybe it will spring back? Possibly? @ Johnny- then yay :D but I'll definitely check it out. Maybe it can give me some new ides @Pobalita- you look awesome
-
I guess I better get some staples. @Johnny- I do cardio occasionally, just not like, hour long sessions of it. I generally do HIIT after my lifts.
-
Agreed. And I'm thinking that most people on here do that now, at least the counting calories aspect of it.

I've never had children. I don't plan on being a fitness model, but I'd like to be a fitness trainer which is why I asked. I'm hovering in the 190s and I don't think I'll have a lot of loose skin, but I guess I'll have no way of knowing that.

My gym has this electrical bf measuring thingy. And thank you for all the advice. I don't want to look like her, exactly, just in good shape and what not. My ideal bf would be 18 percent. Thansk everyone else, too!

What's Rad? I've never heard of it o: @A Girl- I agree. And i have a soft spot for Green Lantern. I know it's DC but still. >.>

1) Try not to gain on my trip to Italy next week 2) Lift religiously for, well, ever
-
I definitely have a look type of goal. I have a goal SIZE in mind, which is a size 8. And from their I will hopefully tone up.

It isn't a back injury, it's a sprained ankle. Not nearly as dynamic. (: @JDB- My doctor just said no squats and ladders basically. everything else is fair game I also need to rehabilitate my ankle with various exercises @Marion- Thanks!
-
Nope, can't do lunges. I do have a resistance band though from my PT.
-
I can do leg lifts. I did something similar on Wednesday, I just didn't know that was really effective for your tooshie @Ilovedeadlift- First, I like the name. Second, okay :DD

Boop.

Question answered. Thanks :D
-
Well that fact that water can fix dry skin is enough to get me to drink it.
-
Thanks everyone (:
-
Thanks!
-
I cook myself but I can't afford a scale
-
:D I want the freshman -25! I do have a concern though. I'm not going to able to lift in Italy. Someone suggested body weight exercises. Can you still burn fat doing that?
-
You all are awesome. Note: This isn't for my trip (: I leave for Italy in like, less than a week. i guess it was more of an attempt to get better and slimmer by August when I start college.
