The carb coma is so real! More than that, though, is the quality of the carbs (at least in my experience). Maybe do a bit of research on high- vs low-glycemic index foods and adjust as necessary. Also, if you're exercising more, adjusting your calories, the whole shebang, and something still seems off, drink more water…

I feel you. Hang in there, okay? I try not to weigh myself because I end up feeling like trash. Instead, I make the effort to think about how my clothes are fitting, how I'm feeling, and the differences I see when I look in the mirror. Stick to it, slow and steady wins the race =)

Mine was 34.7 (Oh God). Now it's 29.1. Last spring it was 27.0 Hoping I can get it down to that point again. And preferably lower! :p

Sort of! The outsides of my feet go numb because of where I put my weight (very wide hips means I tend to put the pressure on the outside of my foot). It may be similar for some of you guys, I'm not quite sure. I'd check out where you place your weight, anyway. It could be anything from that to your shoes just being too…
