GIRL HAPPY BIRTHDAY! And good luck with losing 50 pounds, I'm in the same boat. I feel like the mental part is the hardest, haha. I've heard recomp is so mentally challenging so soon after losing so much weight! Wouldn't know, never lost enough to start bulking, but good luck! =p

PTH inhibits osteoblasts, which build up bone matter through osteogenesis by depositing calcium into bone. You may want to consider talking to your doctor about calcium absorption and options for supplements which can help, like Vitamin D, or eliminating certain foods which can hinder absorption (of which there are a SLEW).

I did 150 minutes of cardio every week this month! I'm about to head out to be the health director at a summer camp for the next 3 months, so it's going to be a challenge getting that exercise in.... but it's all about prioritizing my health (I say now, ask me in a month =p )

I got my 150 minutes in! I introduced a little bit of interval running this week, too, and surprised myself with how well I did and how much I enjoyed it! Feeling good about everything, to be honest. Proud of all y'all! =)

Things have been okay! I have 25 minutes left for this week to get in for cardio, and given my work schedule tomorrow, it's going to be an actual effort to get into the gym, haha. But I've hit my 150 minutes the last two weeks, and I won't ruin my streak now!

Got through the last of my goal of 150 minutes this morning! I have a meeting tomorrow morning at 11, then have to be at work at 2:30 until 11.... So the gym is likely unfortunately not an option. But at least I got through my time for this week!
