  • I did cardio - abs and yoga flex. I can't do most of the abs exercises because my wrist is about to give out on me - so I usually throw another video on there... I am in love with yoga flex - that is my favorite!

  • I just joined today I also have 10 minute trainer - today was day two and I think I'm dying - I hurt in places that haven't hurt in years. Good luck with the not smoking - I quit 5 years ago and feel so much better
