Hello Everyone!
Well tomorrow be Day 1 for me doing Beachbody's 10 Minute Trainer and I was wondering who else had it and would like to join me for the next 30 days?
This will be the thread we all come to everyday and post about how our workouts were, what we improved on and how we felt. Also if we are having a bad day or just need some motivation we are all here for each other!
Well hope to see you tomorrow for Day 1 or if you have already started!

I have been doing this for one full week now, I am following the calendar that came with the package. I am doing 3 -10 min/day. Getting a little better at it. I really enjoy the workouts. They are fast.
I made a promise to myself to do this for 30 days, this challenge is great. You guys can hold me accountable too.

Hey Everyone!
Well yesterday was Day 1 of TMT and WOW what a workout!!! I did Cardio, Lower Body and Abs. I can not believe how high my heart rate was through the whole thing and my heart rate monitor said I burned 507 calories! I was soo happy and I was sweating so much my face hurt!
I will be doing Day 2 tonight so I will post after I am done.

Good Evening Everyone!
Tonight was TMT total body, cardio and lower body. It was hard doing total body because the band I have to way to strong for me and wasnt able to do some of the moves so I have to go find a new resistance band.
I still did burn 423 calories which I was happy about!
Also this morning I met my mom at the casino and went on the treadmill and for the first time I ran for 5mins straight at 5.0!!! I was SOO happy and just kept pushing myself one min at a time and bured 307 calories in 30mins.
Todays total of calories burned it 730!!!!!
Well time to make dinner and watch the biggest loser!

10 minute trainer comes from Beachbody.
I am doing the 10 day jean plan - sticking to the diet plan pretty good. I was doing 2 workouts a day according to the plan - but today I had some extra time and some extra energy so I went for 3.
I am on day 4 I believe - it's the day you have oatmeal for breakfast - so whatever day that is....
I have committed to this for at least 30 days - I would like to stick with it for 60 and then maybe move on to the P90X workout.... if I don't give up by day 15 LOL0 -

Well I still wanted to post even though today is my rest day.
mbiss1991: Great job for being on Day 4!! Today was Day 3 for me. How do you like following the meal plan, do you feel hungry? I am not doing their meal plan just my own and still down 1.8 since monday!
Franciss: I also downloaded 10 Minute Trainer. Like I said above I have lost 1.8 since monday when I started this program.

Rach: How were your results for TMT? Did you do the meal plan that comes with it?
Well this morning I was on the treadmill for 25mins and burned 223 calories.
Tonight I did TMT Cardio, Abs and Yoga Flex and burned another 308 calories for a total of 531 for the day! I really hate how you have to keep switching the dvds between videos it takes too long! A 30min workout takes 15!
Tomorrow is Total Body, Lower Body and Cardio.

Today was a bad day - I didn't follow the meal plan - didn't like any of the foods - I'm trying to stay close to 1000 calories a day - high protiens - low fat and only good carbs - except for the piece of garlic toast with butter... I was STARVING by dinner time. The first few days weren't bad but I don't think 1000 calories is a healthy amount - neither does myfitnesspal - as I get a computerized lecture each day LOL
I'm trying to get into a pair of lucky jeans I picked up at Costco - I couldn't zip them last week. This week I was able to zip them! They look horrible but they zipped! I hope to wear them to work for casual friday next week.0 -
Oh - my right knee, left ankle and right wrist are killing me. I can't support myself on my hands and knees for any exercises and my ankle has been funky since I broke it 3 years ago. I have good shoes - I don't know what the deal is0

I'm falling apart.
Yesterday my 20 month old was sent home from day care because he was throwing up. He joined my 16 year old who didn't make it to school. I snuck back to work hoping to avoid whatever they got but I had to leave early today because I'm sick to my stomach.
I usually work out in the mornings but I didn't today because I was feeling awful this morning. I can't motivate myself to do anything - even though it's an easy enough day - cardio and yoga flex. I just feel so BLAH. Should I take the day off and pick up tomorrow? I'm so scared to do that - I dont want to fall off the wagon - even if I am throwing up...0 -
Oh and if I do throw up do I get to remove the calories for today? :laugh:0

mbiss: Well I know it sucks not feeling well but its also good listening to your body. Sorry to hear about your 2 sick kids.
Today was Day 5 and I did Total Body, Lower Body and Cardio and burned 421 calories.

Good Morning Everyone!
Well I just finished Yoga Flex, Cardio and Abs. I have a hard time with the ab video they are hard but I know they will get easier I do keep doing them. Today I burned 315 calories.

I did cardio - abs and yoga flex. I can't do most of the abs exercises because my wrist is about to give out on me - so I usually throw another video on there...
I am in love with yoga flex - that is my favorite!0 -
Today I did Cardio, Yoga Flex and Total Body and burned 339 calories.
