I usually say I've already eaten breakfast and I'm stuffed or if I am feeling obligated or tempted I eat half or quarter portion and discretely throw the rest. This morning was one of those for me, I was "stuffed" and greasy kolache was not worth it.

When I was a size 22/24 I didn't feel fat, I was aware, I felt normal and accepted it. Now at size 12/14 I'm feeling the "fat girl" mentality and still manage to end up in the Plus dept. Starting a whole new journey of acceptance...

Ditto, there have been times after work when I don't wash my face and go to the gym. Then I regret it, because my face gets irritated. :( I could care less if people are wearing make up or not, but deodorant is a must. Also in a crowded gym, watch your breath. I hate it when I work out next to someone with bad breath. :-|

I like to workout most of the time. There are days when I'm not in the mood or my body is sluggish. But I feel so much better afterwards,as long as I change my routine and I don't get bored. Helps me with stress. :)

Yup, that was me today! Party at work, amazing food = way WAY over my calories. I just ate 2 days worth of calories. X_X I haven't been this bad in over a month....so I'll be ok! There are days when I'm like that and I'll munch on carrots or a few low calorie crackers.
