I totally agree...and for me this also goes for men as well. A renaissance shaped woman is more beautiful to me than a hard-rock body... But ultimately Confidence combined with the right amount of Humility always wins me over ;)

Hi...according to the sweat program, it goes by how many calories you burn as compared to an activity... I.E. tough program = 30 minutes of running...so that's how i calculate it once I complete the daily objectives.

I started working nights. Packed on 15 pounds. Trying to figure out an eating schedule was different and what types of meals to bring to work. With this site, and Jillian Michael's program, I've lost 11 pounds. Also, fitting in at least 7 hours of sleep a day is importants. Working nights affects one's cortisol levels…
