I usually have a free meal rather than day, seems to do no harm... although this week its been more like a free week!

Both defiantly! Muscle burns more calories, you lose muscle as well as fat on a restricted diet. Hitting the weights will help keep you toned as you lose weight, so you'll end up with less flabby bits on your arms etc. It will also help with your cardio as your muscles will be more efficient, therefore allowing you to work…

Ive got plenty of female friends, Some I was physically attracted to, others did nothing for me physically. But what they all had was the right kind of personality that clicks with mine. So i guess i was attracted to all of them, just mentally. When meeting a friends BF recently he was really surprised with how touchy we…

Honesty! you're only cheating yourself if you're not! Ive found recoding everything, even the bad days makes me more accountable! In fact I learn more from the bad days!

You're not the first and certainly wont be the last. I have returned recently, hadn't really gained anything when i was away. but i was definitely allowing the old habits to creep back. Welcome back, stick with it and you'll be amazed at what you are going to achieve!

Phd diet whey Belgian chocolate is the most 'choccy' one I've tried. Tescos now stock it cheaper than most. Although the VAT increase comes in this month! Great Olympic legacy! On that note, just wait for new products for slimmers on the market, as you can have exactly the same product as a protein powder but they are 0%…

Hertfordshire, feel free to add me (anyone welcome!).

Rubybelle is absolutely right. The right time is the right time for you! I go at 5-6am before work, its stupidly early, but I spend better quality time with my family in the evenings a a result! (Other than when I abandon them on Judo nights lol).

I've heard lots of good things about it and downloaded it a while ago... and never used it. I've been using another 'App'. I never realised it had a social side though. May have to start using it! You may get random friend invites soon!

Don't beat yourself up over it! It does the body & mind good to have the occasional treat. Think of it this way, say in one month you have 4 bad days... that means you had 27 good days! That's what to focus on!

Don't know any 'Light' ciders, but there are now some 'Light' beers in the UK market. Regular Coors is 220cals a pint the light version is 170cals Rarely seen in pubs though. Corona lager is a choice a lot of athletes go for though as it's one of the lower beers available when out and about, but that could be as its a…

I love my coffee! I don't function properly until I've had my first cup of the morning, I'm proper grumpy until I've had one! I am trying to cut back from around 10 to about 4 a day though. Just doing it gradually, and I've stopped going to Starbucks etc. Although i will treat myself to a mocha once in a while!

Sent you a request. I've got some great north american friends (and I do value them!), but it would be great to have a few more UK friends! Feel free to add me anyone else!

Hi Dave, Good on you! Making the decision is the easy part, sticking to you're programme is where it counts. I've done fairly well so far, but I've fallen off the wagon a couple of times. I find making short term goals seems to work, steps on the ladder (and all that). Ive gone down two sizes in jeans already and buying…

I've just sent you a friend request as I'm sure you're not a loser, except a weight loser of course!
