I enjoy the variation, I found it difficult to 'just' workout when I finished sport. Before there was always a reason/plan for it, the variation and improving my skills helps with that. As mentioned the social side is also great. If in doubt, try it out!

Thanks! Something wrong with your old ones? (She's an awesome friend really!)

At 5'7" I'm not very tall for a guy, but I'm fine with it. I was measured properly for something at work recently and was told I'm actually 5'6" 1/2. Measuring person didn't seem to care that this news left me crushed! My maths teacher always told me round up, so I'm still 5'7", so stick it measuring person!!!! (I'm going…

I'm middle aged, don't feel it but judging by my birth certificate it must be true. Feel free to add me, always looking for quality friends rather than quantity!

Feel free to add me, always looking for good pals on this stop-start journey of mine.

I won't state the obvious... you know what's better! But... while you try giving up... You can work out fine and smoke, I played rugby as smoker for years. The best time to workout is when you can! I've seen plenty of 'Evidence' for mornings and or evenings. But... it has to be what works for you
-
I'm on a similar journey. Stick with it during the tough moments and saviour the great ones. I would say best of luck... But don't let luck become a factor!
-
I've just re-started too! I would say good luck, but luck isn't what you need. You CAN do it!
-
Well done, keep up the great work

I'm in Herts and always looking for new pals. I'm mainly positive with my comments. But am prone to 'constructive assistance' when needed. Feel free to add me. And good luck to you all, whatever your goals.
