This was one week ago - on New Years Day - starting accountability for the new year!


Today - one week later - I have hit my 2nd mini goal of a 25 pound loss!

    Maria - thanks so much! My start weight was 186.6 and I am 5'4.5" tall. (oh yes - I take every half inch I get! lol)

    My current weight is 161.6 and alas - I'm STILL 5'4.5" tall lol.

    Thanks - yup....very similar stats : I'm 5'5" and on 1st Jan I was 181 lbs. I took photos at this weight. I'm aiming for 140 lbs and will post before & after photos when I reach goal.

    You have really inspired me so thanks!!!!
