Hi all, Does it matter what time of day you go to the gym? Just curious really. I prefer to go around 8 at night due to there being only a few people at the gym at this time. It means I've already eaten for the day though and wont be eating anymore. Does going later at night have any different affect on my weight loss?

I think that the best time to go to the gym is the time that works for you!
If you have found something that suits your lifestyle and that you can keep up - go for it!

Rubybelle is absolutely right. The right time is the right time for you!

I go at 5-6am before work, its stupidly early, but I spend better quality time with my family in the evenings a a result! (Other than when I abandon them on Judo nights lol).

I have started the 30 Day Shred and found that if I do this at about 10pm it knocks out my late light junk food cravings long enough until I get to bed.
