Thanks to everyone! I don't do yoga in a class but I have been doing a pilates for posture at home. I am going to research exercises to strengthen my knees. It doesn't really hurt today (thank goodness!)

Have you tried nuts or beans? The first two weeks were so hard for me--I went from eating like 3000 cal a day to 1200 cal. Hi all! I am a little behind but better late than never! My current weight (as of March 12) is 196.6 lb. My goal is 21 lb or 175. My reason for this goal is to make me have a reason to lose! I did 3 miles on the elliptical today. It was so hard! I set it up for 25 minutes and only got to 1.5 miles. I had to do it again for another 30 minutes! But I got it done :) Miles today--3 Total--3 Miles to go-57
