i've been taking c4 for about 2-3 weeks now...i'm a fan of it. I think jack3d is comparable to it, which i took before running out and consequently trying out c4..i think it's worth, another one of my buddies started it when i did and is a fan as well...and i have the blueberry flavor and it tastes really good.

i went a week and half without losing any weight and so i went a week w\out weighing myself and was 4 pounds lighter when i weighed today...pretty good feeling to break through a plateau...its always bound to happen..i have about 15-20 max to go.

if you're doing a workout designed to build muscle your body needs protein within 30 minutes of your workout. It helps repair your muscles and will alleviate soreness in the ensuing days.

i just put mine in a water bottle...I think it's good and simple/easy. I just use GNC brand protein and i think it tastes good. I have no desire to mix it with something mildly unhealthy

..anyone looks strong flexing during a workout. ...unless you're working out for 4 hours a day i don't see the need for that many...unless your weight is still pretty high.

it's not attractive for a girl to eat a like a man...but any girl in shape would most likely eat accordingly w\their weight.

..i don't understand why you'd eat calories before going to sleep..and 900 for breakfast is a ton..that seems like a good way to gain unwatned weight. and you seem like you take in wayy to much calories...i work out twice a day (hour lifting, hour boxing/cardio) and eat til i'm i'm not hungry and i'm nowhere near that.

i wouldn't eat much bread/cheese/bologna/most granola bars/peanut butter...those are kind of negative foods in my opinion.

eating healthy isn't expensive..drink more water..a lot of times hunger is attributed to dehydration..so drink a full glass of water before each meal. i started at 6'2, 285, and when i joined this site in mid january i was down to 265. currently i'm just under 230...i lift ever day and do cardio too.
