So i decided to take a picture of my back bc i found a fairly old back pick and the difference made me feel great about my progress so i thought i'd post it. In the first pic i'm about 270 and now i'm 224...i still have about 15-20 pounds to go i think...but so far it feels like a success story so i'm posting it

When do ou weigh yourself?
My first initial weigh in on this site was at night, so i always weigh myself at night... i was reading on here it suggest weighing yourself first thing in the morning...but i feel like that could be the most skewed since you're by far lighter in the am. i like the idea of putting the weight at which i'd be the heaviest in…
