I am into wines also, I have been only drinking it Fridays and Saturdays, seems to be ok, I have not notice any weight gain by doing this. I use to be a big beer drinker but now I really dont like it that much, it had my weight fluctuating like crazy!!!

My husband has this same issue, I think that if you go straight to the gym from work it will work best. Pack your clothes at night, once you get to the gym and change, jump right in maybe with a cardio machine like the ellipitcal(15-30min) at first till you're more comfortable. I say yes you sure can and the time does go by quite fast! I started by just walking about 15-30 mins a day as fast as I could and I cut out all drinks besides water and the weight came off. After a about I started a gym and lifting weights. You can do it girl! Just take day by day! :flowerforyou:

I have a polar ft7 so I would NOT get a fitbit. I believe its a similar device that tracks pretty much the same thing. I say save your money.
