Celery and pb2 have been working for me lately. If I have a sweet tooth I usually go for a sugar free posicle, only 20 cal each. Sugar free jello is also good, only 5 calories each!

I was in the same position when I started lifting and what helped was using my cell phone to look up you tube videos. I would put in the name of the machin(ex-pectoral fly) and watch how they did it and then do it myself. My husband and I went a few years back and honestly I can say I didn't gain anything, we did so much walking up and down the strip(there is so much to see and do) that I was constantly burning! You will be fine, enjoy yourself and remember what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas!!! :wink:

I feel amazing after Im done but once I eat dinner and get in bed, I am out like a light! I love it tho because back in the day before working out I would stay up all late and get only like 3 hours of sleep(not healthy and ages you fast).

Have you tried spinach? I eat chopped frozen spinach steamed once or twice a week and it works great and also low cal and filling! :wink:

Day 3 I moved up to silver 60x60x60..it was a challenge after the first set but I stuck it out with a 1 min break in between each set. :)

On saturday I did 30x30x30 pretty easily. On sunday I moved up to 45x45x45, not too bad. :)
