^^^ Ive been on one carnival cruise and this is too true, we paid at the end thru our card for anything we went over in drinks so yeah it really curbed my need to drink excessive! :)

I did the challenge from the month of march and here are my results BEFORE- AFTER- I notice that my butt is lifted from where itr was when I started the challenge. I am planning on doing this challenge again for may.

Honestly MFP has helped me to become more aware of what I was doing to my self. I do not spend all my time on here tho, I still have to take care of my kids and home and husband. I love working out so it makes me happy to see my friends doing it also. I find I make more sensible choices since MFP but I still find room for…

stevia and steel cut oats I love stevia and how much better it is for me than equal or sweet and low. I love steel cut oats but they are a bit pricey and sometimes hard to find at my grocers.

I drink over 8 glasses a day and i can really tell a difference. I notice my skin is getting better and my weight is also on point. I used to not drink water at all almost. I Love it now!!! :)

The food entries come from other members on MFP mainly and they may have included oil/greaase or butter to increase the calories.

Those are mine thougts as well, add in 3 of any of the other days. I took the weekend off but Im going to play catch up later today, only one real day left! Yay!!
