Morning week 2 :) My personal challenge for this week is to lose at least 1.5 lbs this week. it's going to be tough. I need to work off the weekend BAD WEEKEND. Nut.: to eat better than the weekend :) but it was all good

Well today was my weigh-in and as of from last Friday to today I lost 2.4 lbs !!! YayI met this weeks goal as for weight but not on my vegs. I really need to improve on that.

Okay so know i'm back and back to getting to my regular workout schedule, except for going to the gym at lunch time i'm jogging around the work area like I used to do And then hit the gym after work :) I need to get my mind back into the game!!!

Today I'm taking as my day off from my exercising due to the 10K yesterday i didn;t do my shopping so after work is shopping for me. goal today: keep calorie at 1200 have vegs for dinner tonight. are we going to keep weighing in on our regular schedule that we normally do or do we want a set day for weigh-in's?

WOW, that sounds good also. I've also have don't it with sweet potatoes, and I actually have some in the pantry waiting for slicing and dicing. but I didn't think about adding a little spice to it. Thanks for the tip :bigsmile:

2/10 Thank goodness it's finally Friday :) for last night at the gym on the Elliptical, I did 3.76 which gives me a total for the month at 30.759. Taking today off but will be back on Saturday.

last night at the gy on the Elliptical I did a total of 3.98 miles along with what I had posted earlier in the day for jogging which was 2.39miles. And then today's jog at 2.03 miles gives me a total of 29.03 towards my 50 for the month.

Yesterday I missed my lunch jog but I did get in my Elliptical for 2.03 which gives me a total of 23.02 miles towards my goal of 50.

Today I jogged 2.2 miles so far at lunch time, still going to hit the gym after work to be able to add on. February goal: 50 miles.....so far 18.93 down 2/6 2.2 miles 2/5 3.2 miles 2/4 3.3 miles 2/3 2.68 & 2.38 2/2 - 2/1 2.4 & 2.77 miles
