That's weird you get lightheaded, are you drinking enough water? Sometimes my legs feel like jell-o, but I don't normally get dizzy. I love the Chobani yogurt too. I've been buying the big container of vanilla and eating it with fresh blueberries (and a little brown sugar :) )
