I feel your frustration. I started the month at 183 got as low as 181 and as high as 185 and again this morning back to 183. I am beginning to think there is something wrong with me....I keep losing and gaining the same 3-4 pounds every month.

I did a 10 mile walk this afternoon. My feet really hurt, but I burned 1445 calories. Carleton college in Northfield MN has a great arboretum and walking there is so relaxing, but the last mile really was hard because my feet hurt. Got in a total of 5.8 miles waling today. Left early for my sons baseball game so I got in almost 3 miles after dinner. My daughter helped my make homemade chicken noodle soup for dinner...yes that means we did homemade egg noodles. So delicious. I went heavy on the veggies to make it even more nutritiousl YUM!
