I'm in. I lost 30 pounds a few years ago and then after a few injuries it is all back. I need to get moving and get my weight back down. I plan to watch my calories. I plan to swim for 1 hour 3-4 times per week. I hope this will help with my achilles tendonitis healing so I can get back to walking and biking.

I am pretty sure you can change the amount of salt that the canning recipes call for. The only exception would be in making pickles. Also most vegetables freeze well.

Sad to say I won't make 100 this month. I was thinking today I would find the time but too many things have come and I am not going to make it. I am proud of the 94.5 miles this month. Onto February.

Sorry I have not posted for a while. I have had kids home sick and not much extra time. I am at 94.5 miles for the month. I need another 4.5 to make my goal of 100 miles walking/running for the month. I will get it.
