I was able to do a workout again! My foot seems to be healed, although I will not be running on it again until next week. I will be doing light workouts to make sure my foot it really OK. I hope this can help my weight go down this week!!!

Monday... And I'm back with my tail between my legs... I had a terrible weekend; my eating was pretty much out of control most of the time. Weight is back up. So frustrated with myself! :explode:
It's Thursday, and I have been on track since Monday! :drinker:
Weigh-in is tomorrow, so I'm hoping for that final pound lost to reach this month's goal with a few days to spare. Looks like I'll have a mid-week weigh-in next week for the final month-end results, which will help keep me on track next week.

OMG Lost ANOTHER POUND! I am Now Down To 165 .....Thats 4 pounds this month and 3 of them being since friday since I got sick ...................Weigh in is tomorrow0 -

Yippee! I've lost 5 pounds this month! I can't remember the last time I actually reached goal in this challenge. I know part of it has to do with the holiday bloating and therefore a higher starting weight, but hey - I'll take it! Now, to keep it off for 5 more days!0 -

Ya im pretty much determined to make it last so iv been keeping up with all the water I was drinking while I was sick ((kinda being forced to by the coughing still but ya)) So Im super excited!! Plus my anniversary was on the 24th and I was super sick so we are going to the movies tonight and so I might gain some sodium but with all the water iv been drinking Im not too worried : )0

Well done to everyone that has had a good result. Keep going everyone. This week I lost another 5lb taking my total so far this month to 16lb. I'm going to do a weigh-in on Thursday 1st February morning to get an overall lost in January total. It would be great if I could drop another 4 to round it up to 20 but I don't think I will.0

Well, I guess I'm close enough to my goal weight that I can't lose five pounds in a month ( Two pounds a months will be more reasonable from now on, I think.
I'm at 2.2lbs lost this month. Maybe in the next two days I can make that an even 2.5

I am still hanging around the 181 mark. No loss but no gain. Another month of staying the same. I am going to kick it into high gear. My 30 year class reunion is coming up in June and I would love to go back looking better than I did when I left. Last reunion 10 years ago I had just had a baby and was pretty big.
Let's continue this next month.

Wow, there was a lot of great successes this month. Well my official loss for the month is 1 pound. Not great but I will take it.

31/1 = 187.6 (did it twice this morning as couldn't believe it was exactly the same!!)
Overall a loss this month of 6.2lbs. Part of me is disappointed as I lost that in the first 2 weeks and then didn't lose anymore. However I know in reality that in the last 2 weeks I have had 4 days away for a long weekend with friends, 2 meals out and pizza night round another friends. So I'm going to say I'm happy...it's all headed in the right direction. Just want my weight loss ticker thing to look a little more impressive than 4lbs (2 of the 6 lbs lost were extra on top of my start weight!)
February....bring it on!!!
