    I so hope that I will not forget about joining this challenge and I so hope I will succeed in losing 5 pounds! It took me a year to lose the first 5 last year...

    Anyone care share their strategy to lose this 5? I know that I plan to first cut back on certain foods before I start trying to incorporate certain foods. And of course there's walking but I'd like more ideas and inspirations.

    Me and the same 5 pounds have been playing a game with each other for six months.If I can kick it off again, I'll be happy to start February at 133!

    I plan to use my Fit in Six PS3 game as my main weapon.

    Hello all.

    ???? If you are soup eater. do you log the entire can? I was but it just hit me that I don't eat all the contents of the can. I don't drink theleftover broth so technically I don't have to log it right. Instead of 2 cups, I log 1.5. I just didn't want the responsibilty of the sodium when I wasn't consuminhg it all. Just wanted to know your thoughts.
