Do you have stairs? Step-up with right foot and bring left foot up and plant it, then go down starting with right foot. Repeat 100 times and then lead with the left foot. (Beginning step aerobics). March in place, dance jump up and down, push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks.....I hope this gives you some ideas.

Not sure if this is true, but a doctor once told my dad it is not worth it to go to decaf. The chemicals they use to "decaf" it are worse than the "regular" coffee.

I tried it but it said I was severely underweight at 141 pounds.:noway: I am 5'6" and I thought a healthy range for me was 120-140.

Hope everyone is having a great Super Bowl Sunday. I did not get anything done today that I wanted to except my workout. Now I am cooling off before watching the game. Watch those snacks and drink lots of water. I don't care who wins, I just hope it is a great game and the commercials are awesome!

What I have is something I bought at the bike shop. I put my regular bike on it and ride. I think it was called a trainer. It probably takes up more space than a traditional exercise bike but I like it, plus it was only about $100 rather than the cost of an exercise bike. I agree the red team is playing the game.....but that being said THEY ARE NOT CHEATING!. They are playing by the rules they were given. Until the rules change or this can be made popular without it being a game there will be people who do this!

Nothing wrong with potatoes..they are a great source of potassium. It is usually the things we put on our potatoes...gravy , sour cream, butter, bacon.... I am losing weight and I eat a baked potato at least 2 times a week for lunch. Yes they have carbs, but not all carbs are bad.

Chicken Fat Go Away.....when I was in elementary school we used to exercise to this album in PE . Exercise helps like DVD sure make it easier. I just had to comment because it brought back memories of my childhood.

Only 3.5 calories from fat....that surprises me because they always seem greasy to me.
