I don't think you should have to force yourself to eat anything you don't like. If you REALLY don't like bananas, there are plenty of other foods you can eat. I always say if you still look cute after your workout, you didn't work hard enough. If you cant wring out your shirt, you didn't work hard enough. If you're wearing makeup, you don't PLAN on working hard enough. =P My shower has NEVER complained about how I look after a workout LoL.

I had one roommate who had sleep terrors. Not her fault, I realize this. But i really think that's something you should tell someone you share a bedroom wall with, so when you wake up screaming at the top of your lungs at 2/3am, I know not to call 911. Just saying.

Well I usually eat the 1200 that MFP says to but then at the end of the day when I work out, I burn like 300-500 calories =/
