I am gluten intolerant so that pretty well takes care of any "will I eat this just so I am not rude?" quandaries. Id rather be rude than spend the rest of the day running to the loo feeling like a rats gnawing my insides. Not sure in the case of the boss scenario..if I was seriously sucking up maybe I would risk a few days…

Are you kidding me? She obviously hasn't cleaned a house before lucky her. What does she thinks happens to all the dirty marks from peoples hands touching doors? Same as walls, door frames and light switches. Fairies dont come in the night and spot clean that stuff off. I am nowhere near OCD in fact I am an utter slob but…

On Sundays I make up 2cups of dry brown rice with 5 cups of water a very large bowl and nuke it in the microwave for 30 minutes on high. Then I measure out the cooked rice and separate it into one cup portion sizes to freeze for when I need it. When I need it I thaw and heat it up, toss it through my raw salad greens add…

Yep you can't "Give hints" and blacklist someone via forum posts. Even more so if you have no proof. Thats just not ethically right. You deleted the guys post, maybe the moderators can still chase it up, otherwise you will have to let it go. I wish I hadn't posted the "guy in a towel"comment as I don't want it to be used…

I wish I had known that my binge eating wasn't due to me being weak willed but was linked to food intolerances. All that struggle for a number of years and feeling bad about myself at each failure and all it took was to eliminate the problem foods and the binging stopped cold with no struggle at all. I wish I had known…

Yeah I get really distressed when I see the pain people experience with gallstones. I know it is more than just low calories diets and fast weight loss that can also cause it but I don't think many people are aware there is a risk when they choose a low cal intake. If they knew at least then they can make a more informed…

great idea I love it

Yep just went and checked your diary and you are often netting way under 1200 cal a day. Editing to add went and checked more of your diary..Seriously? 600 net, 800 net , 900 net. Please look at upping your cal to above your BMR you will still lose weight and if your can avoid too many fats it might be bearable until you…

Really low calorie diets can trigger symptons too not just certain foods. When I was at 1200 calories a day I started getting gallbladder attacks. My quality food intake was the healthiest it had ever been. I went up to 1500 and they stopped. http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/000273.htm "The following also…

You can build up alot of tension in your jaw when you are stressed. The crunchy type of food like carrots help with that. May be jog around the block if the pressure is getting to you. Good luck you can do this!! <3

Building lean muscle mass is hard work and for the majority of women takes extreme dedication in heavy lifting and eating alot of calories. Even if you do all that it takes quite some time. So you wont wake up the next day after overstepping by one heavy rep too many and be all muscle bound and horrified. Your calories are…

I am always really rushed for time and I can't eat gluten or diary which makes it a bit more restricting. I buy chinese napa cabbage and baby spinach both are which are really nice raw. That particular cabbage is sweet (doesnt taste cabbagy ) and easy to cut (takes you seconds) and has lower sulphur content than regular…
