Yep I had fatigue for so many years and the doctors couldn't help me. None of them suggested a food intolerance but I stumbled on that idea myself, cut gluten and dairy out which was what gave me some intolerance symptons and the difference was amazing. It can't hurt to explore that possibility.

Keep plodding on. :) If you binge again stop and think about what is triggering it..for me it can be thirst, (I grab sweet stuff instead of hydrating). Flaw in that whole plan is someones kid picks up the obviously discarded device and says to his mum on the treadmill "Whats this mum?" Check out the long hair community forums as they really have great information on hair care. http://www.longhaircommunity.com/ I use coconut oil and I dont use shampoo at all, only condition only washes. I have definately seen an improvement in my hair.

Wow ..save me from "friends"like you. Any other dirt you want to offload about him? Maybe mention his totally irrelevent sexuality in degoratory terms again? The trick when hurt is to process it offline so you dont make a permenant record of comments that you will regret later once you have cooled down.

Well logically once you are at goal weight/body composition you will need to eat at maintenance which for you would be pretty near to your current TDEE wouldn't it? You may need to start practising some time. Just remember when the time comes, ....bananas = your friend! :)
