They've made it so you have to rent level 2 on youtube. the gits did it when i was 5 days into level 2 and I'm far to cheap to pay for it lol there was a guy who had put the whole 3levels up as one vid, it was dubbed in spanish. I had given it up by the time I discovered it :D

I love autumn, not loving my cold or the fact that I've had to buy gear to keep the homemade wine warm so it can ferment. Can't wait to get out in it when my lungs are clear and the soup making has commenced.......mmmmmm soup :) Nothing beats a run in autumn....... oh perhaps a run in spring after the long, cold winter lol
-
I always thought "I'd like to try that" until....... one dark Thursday evening at rugby training, our coach decided that we would be carrying a tractor tyre around the pitch. That was bad but lifting it over the tackle sausage on and off nearly killed me. Dragging one would be fine but crikey I have no upperbody strength…

don't lie flat, you did right to support it but defo use a heat pad or hot water bottle too. It will increase circulation and thus help the healing process. keep moving but don't overdo or stress your back hunni. pain wise you can take paracetamol as well as ibruprofen, staggered them so 2hrs after taking ibruprofen take…
