Hershey's Sugar Free chocolate syrup and fresh strawberries or throw some frozen blueberries on top. Or if Im in a savory mood, just sprinkled with Lawry's Seasoned Salt. Horrible for my salt intake for the day though.

Dont be afraid to build muscle. Muscle tissue burns more calories than fatty tissue does. Breaking up your cardio is a good choice. When I started, I had the same issue. Now, I try to eat nuts, hummus or low fat cottage cheese if I need to get some calories in.
