Tried a recipe, it came out amazing... served with some delicious steamed veggies. 10 oz. of fish with the marinade and the veggies for around 500-550 calories.

ETA: I did this in a gas grill and kept the heat on as low as it could go once I pre-heated. I wanted the planks to char not catch on fire... medium flames on most grills are going to end up in a disaster. Let the heat and cedar smoke do its job! This 2 pound filet took 18 minutes and was cooked perfectly!

For salmon in the oven... preheat to 350, wrap the fish in foil and put on a tray, and presuming you're cooking one large filet to be cut into pieces... 15 minutes per pound and it should be perfect.

I still used the soaked planks in the oven with the door propped open, just have to watch it carefully. 400 degree for 15-20 minutes or until it flakes
