I'm currently on week 2 of a 9 week personal trainer cardio workout on the kinnect ea sports active 2 you do 4 days a week and 1 rest day sat n sun off too it's hard going t times but I defiantly feel tighter already but I do go Zumba twice a week too

Had my 2nd Zumba class tonight my first was on Monday enjoyed so much I went again tonite I just hope it helps to tone up my legs and shift the pounds

I've started planning my meals in advance I'll do my breakfast first thing if I've had anythink then whilst eating lunch I input that as well as my nights dinner and stick to that if I've snacked I'll add that last thing at night whilst feeling peck ish this gives me one think to take my mind of ny of that.
