It may sound weird but you actually burn fat when you are at a lower heart rate. But, when doing intervals, I feel you get the best of both worlds. Burning both calories and fat. I just found a 2.5lb sports hoop at walmart. I feel that's a comfortable weight. Plus with a little more weight, you can get the idea of hooping down a little better. Hello! I love kettlebells! I take a bootcamp class 2-3x a week that utilizes them heavily. Since they are a weight, I'm going to assume that they can be logged under weight training. I usually log mine under circuit since they are part of my workout but not the whole shebang. Hope this helps!
