  • That is one of my favorite shopping sites! I bought the star wars coffee once, I highly recommend it. =)
  • I would love to do this. Either way you win. Either by becoming a zombie or a survivor, lol!
  • What some consider geeky, I consider pretty damn cool! Although its not on netflix yet, I've been watching copious amounts of Big Bang Theory reruns. Kick *kitten* was a great movie. I love Misfits UK. Haven't seen Dr Who yet but its in my que I give all zombie moves a chance
  • I tell my husband this all the time. Zombies definitely can happen. Its already started on the small scale with ants. =) My zombie training includes running and lifting heavy objects (in order to swing them at the head). I also want to practice on the crossbow. You just never know! =)
  • That is pure awesome!
  • Feel free to add me. My husband is a die hard Star Wars fan and that got me into it as well. We named the family dog Yoda. Also, I love zombies!! ;)
  • Thanks everyone! I might try to abstain as much as possible. I think after the first week, I may add in some butter. Mainly because I'm curious about "bullet proof" coffee. Anyone ever try that? I've heard of coconut oil in coffee but not butter. Curiosity is killing the cat. Thanks again! You guys rock!
  • Thanks for posting this. I'm interested in this as well ever since I found the Primal Blueprint.
  • This may sound funny but after almost trying everything out there, I love under armour compression shorts. I wear them under most dresses and skirts. Granted they are black, but most of what I wear is knee length so I don't have a problem with them showing.
  • Kettlebells are amazing and so versatile. I take a boot camp class 2x a week that uses kettlebells heavily. I also love browsing youtube for workout ideas. With just a few simple moves, you get an intense full body workout. =)
  • My body must be ready to burst into flames. Whenever I'm finish a workout, it looks like I just stepped out of the shower. lol!

  • I love avocados! I also have a tendency to add hot sauce to numerous things. =)
  • I've used in it emergencies, before an event or when I'm feeling extremely bloated. It does work for flushing out water weight. If you try it, be warned, you will be peeing like its your job. =)
  • As a former employee of a gym, I have a ton of things/quirks that either humored, horrified or annoyed me. Just to name a few: - The "i don't know why I'm not losing weight when I only put in 20 minutes on a machine and hit the pizza shop on the way home" ladies. - The juice heads - The creepier who overstays his welcome…
  • Former member as well! I don't know if it's a mental thing, but when I do the points system, it always seems too low. Or I feel like I'm not getting enough activity points when I bust my bust during a workout. With calorie counting, the numbers seem different to me. Essentially, I know it's the same thing just different…
  • I love the new song by Flo Rida, good feeling. It pumps me up! A couple other favorites: The theme song from True Blood- Bad Things Stevie Wonder- SIgned, sealed, delivered Dexy's Midnight Runners- Come on Eileen Waka Waka- Shakira The Black Keys- Howlin for you Starlight- Muse Kesha- We are who we are. I have a tendency…
  • I loved the warrior dash. No costume for me, but I did see some fun ones. My personal favorite was a guy in my heat who wore a thong. More power to him! You and your hubby will have a great time! I'm not doing the WD this year, but I signed up 2 other mud runs. It became an addiction!
  • I was going to change my goal to a lower weight, but don't want to get ahead of myself. Hope I can blaze past it anyway! =)
  • It's fun because it's true! lol! I'm happy that I take zumba in a place with no mirrors. =)
  • Awesome job!! You look marvelous! =)
  • Maybe try a different hoop? Don't give up, it can be frustrating, but once you master it, it's so much fun! I really like SaFire's videos on youtube. I know a lot of people hoop shifting their weight front to back. Place one foot more forward. People usually have a one side that's more dominate then others. I usually hoop…
  • My husband is an avid runner. He swears by chocolate milk after a race or if he's put in lots of miles. I tried a few times, going with low fat chocolate milk. Definitely tasty and helps me not crash afterwards. I find myself ravenous after a heavy workout, so the fat, protein and sugar help so I don't binge. I definitely…
  • I don't have the Kinect but I do have Zumba for the Wii. I do enjoy it and it can be challenging. But, I love classes more. I feel like I can really go all out in class without the fear of knocking over a lamp in my living room, lol! Plus, I've made friends at classes. They definitely motivate to get my butt out the door…
