Dr Who?
Ok, I'm taking the plunge into Dr. Who fandon. I've watched a few episodes of the ninth dr. & loved it! Is this a good place to start? Or should go way back to the beginning. Since I"m having knee surgery soon and will be couch bound for a day (or two), I need to plan out my netflix marathons. Thanks a bunch!

Lunch suggestions- help please!
I'm in search of lunch options that average around 300 calories and are filling. I'm finding that I'm starving by 2:30 and I don't want to over do it with snacks. Many, many thanks in advance!

A few people mentioned this show a while ago and I found it on netflix this weekend. Holy cow!! I love it!! So funny! Plus, I love any show with accents. I'm starting the primal lifestyle on Thursday, after an Ash Wednesday fast. I know a lot of people totally shun dairy and some can be on the fence about it. My question is: do you still eat dairy?
