Hey Everyone! I just signed up a week ago and am loving it!

A little bit of what I'm doing now. Diet wise, eating lower carb and trying to aim to eat cleaner. I'm definitely one that needs to stick to a set number of calories. It seems whenever I stray from that formula, I stop losing weight all together.

In regards to working out, I love zumba and kettlebell! I'm blessed to have a kickbutt zumba instructor who loves to bump up the intensity. I'm also equally luck to have a boot camp class that utilizes kettlebell and lots of body weight exercise.

I also love hooping!! I'm trying to learn more tricks and work up a sweat just playing around.
