Good advice and I really need to do the planning the meals. I'm bad at going to the store everyday to get stuff.

I don't think so, as long as you watch what you eat on all the days. Days off for me are the hardest because I'm able to eat whenever I want making the right choices. Good luck on your journey to a new you!

Weekends were my days off from walking but since I started this week on here and have lost, I think I will give up lazy morning Sundays to get a quick walk or run in before church. It is nice to see results. Do what works for you and maybe try something different on those off days.

Until I started doing this on Monday my weekends were a little more free then during the week but I don't think this weekend will be that way. I try not to eat my exercise calories giving back to me but tonight they are comeing in handy! I haven't eaten bad but did have a big salad at lunch and some of that took more then I had this week. I think of them as a savings account, it is there but you don't want to use unless have to! Good luck.

I had dogs and then added cats to the household and everyone gets along. There will be some adjusting when a new furrie joins the family, I think when they are young then adapting will help. I have a cat who just loves my dog and I think he thinks he is a dog but then my son did name him Wolf.

Take one day at a time and if you are happy and healthy then that is all that counts. Family see us a certain way and don't see that we are unhappy at the heavy weight. May be by seening you loseing and keeping it off will inspire some of them to join you on the journey! It is a new day so a new beginning!

Your tired and just keep going. Excerise will help and give you calories but I really haven't felt deprived on what I'm eating and still having my wine at night. I'm even measureing it so I now how much I'm drinking and seeing the calorie amount makes me more aware.

It is easier now that my kids have left the house but when my son came home for Christmas break from college he asked what I at because there was nothing in the house. I got him stuff and found myself eating it so as soon as he was gone, out it went. I'm a salty snacker and found my airpopcorn maker is my friend of late.…

Tell them thank you for caring but you are trying to eat healthier for you and your kids and if they would like to join you make it a family cooking night of everyone taking part in cooking a healthy meal!
